What's up 'Links! Kick off the summer and enjoy this beautiful Chicago weather by joining fellow Rogers Park riders on a refreshing lakefront trail ride to Montrose Beach led by our wonderful Chainlinks staff! Bring along family and friends to feel the summer breeze while peddling along to the shoreline, and cool off with free refreshments provided after the ride! Suitable for any rider level: beach bums & adventure seekers alike! 

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS:

Date: Saturday, June 29th 2024

Start Time: 10:30AM (meet at Chainlinks)

Starting Point: Chainlinks Bike Shop, 1100 W Sheridan Rd, Chicago, IL

Distance: 3 miles (20ish minutes one way)

Duration: 1.5-2 hours

Event Pricing:

- $5 if bringing own bike

- $20 if a bike rental is needed (includes helmet + bike lock)

Payment Method:

- payment will be collected at the Chainlinks Shop the morning of the ride!

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION:

- Upon arriving at the beach, we'll soak in the ocean views and refresh and refuel: all participants will be treated to free Alani Nu energy drinks and other refreshments!!  Afterwards, we'll hop back on our bikes and enjoy more scenery biking back to the Chainlinks Shop, returning at around 12pm. 

- Bike rental availability is limited, so make sure to secure your place early!
